Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your needlepoint kit! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@daisysneedlepointkits.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

We ship all orders within 5–7 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–7 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons and holidays.
